Simply breathtaking. Fantastic artwork there Snipe. It looks like you are using countersunk rivets on the front piece. May I ask where you got black ones? Or did you paint these yourself?

Thanks mate, its also the photo work of my father who is a professional photographer and from whom I learned the art :)

Thanks Bill, PM sent and the video is on the way soon!

I live at 1600 pen..... nah that'll never work :p

Sorry to hear mate, Imageshack is my hosting site of choice but soon you will be able to see at another website ;)

I cant wait for the day, all it takes is dedication and focus man, back in 2007 I saw million-dollar-pc.com for the first time and said to myself, I am going to do a build that gets on that website. Success is not as far off as it seems :dremel:

Thanks John, enjoy the wallpaper :thumb:

Thank you supertroye, the font door panels are held on by countersunk m4 allen head bolts, I had the heads powdercoated in the same color as the door and panels so they matchup right. :D

The video is finished and it will be posted soon, My dad put a ton of work into it and it came out great!

Solid state drives are hidden under the power supply and on the backside of the 5.25" bay rail

I have a slim blu-ray drive that will be mounted sometime soon, not sure if it will be internal or custom external enclosure.

SSDs dont really produce all that much heat, so cooling is a bit irrelevant, the disk isnt squashed under the PSU, it has a bit of space in all directions.

I would say about $4k USD into this project, a little less maybe, I dont really keep a tally ;)

Damn, MDPC is a nice goal but my budget of <$100 is slightly constricting....

    Sir,

How did you do these? How did you replace the pins? Did you use the same metal pins or did you buy new ones (are they sold separately)?

I noticed something about this worklog today that just sickened me..... it only has four stars!! :eeek: :miffed:

wtf?? Who in their right mind would give this masterpiece anything other than 5 stars?

Great work, and awesome videos man. If I could give you another 5-star vote I would.

I did 5 stars ages ago. It appears someone has voted it way down so the 5 doesn't show. Seen this before. Not a good thing.

I have a dedicated group of people who live their life to hate me, not for any fault of mine but simply because I am against their campaign of racism and bigotry.

thanks for the kind words guys :) :thumb: :thumb:

@ednismod: yes I used blue wire and I cut myself and crimped new pins on each end - everything you need can be found at most modding stores, p-pcs and frozencpu to name a few.
