Im thinking of getting some of those grills for my build. Going to have a bunch of new fan holes to cover the silver and black will make my case match my blackberry storm. :)

Been a while since I last updated this as I haven't had much time lately, anyway I sleeved the power/reset switches individually
    [IMG]

    Fitted back in the case
    [IMG]

I got two of these displays to monitor the water temperature in the two res's

These are going in to one of the 5.25" bay covers which i've marked out

And after a few cuts with the Dremel

Before the displays go in I wanted to spray them white, which means dismantling them,to do this you need to cut the retaining slots on one side

Cut out with a sharp knife

Tha back should just pop open then

    Tha PCB removed

Now i'm left with the piece I want to paint

    Sprayed and clear coated

    Test fitted in the cover

Just need to reassemble them now,I hope to get this finished at the weekend that's if the missus doesn't get on my case about doing the garden,it's starting to get a bit wild out there :)

    Thanks stonedsurd :)

I've reassembled the displays and done a quick test just to make sure they were ok

Everything seems fine so i'll solder them up to the sensors in the res's tomorrow.

    Looking great so far :thumb:

Where did you get those displays? or what are they at least? I've been looking around for something like that for a possible build on a Corsair Obsidian.

Looking good. I like the sleeving job on the power and reset switches, very nice. Also nice mods to the LCD temp displays, you'd think they would make a white version also considering how well yours turned out :D.
