Congratz! I was watching a few photo feeds out of PAX hoping for a glimpse of NT but all I got was an endless stream of drunks and booth babes. Oh well.

    Waits for pics...

I took some quick shots of the case set up at PAX:

The flash pretty much overpowered the internal lighting, so here's a couple non-flash pics:

You can kinda see in that last pic the new and improved extension cable. Once I get Trident set back up, I'll take better shots with the side panel off. I'm also lining up a professional studio shoot so I can get some real nice desktop-worthy shots. :)

In order to top this, your next build is going to have to cure cancer or something.

Seriously, this is such an inspired and unique mod, and you executed it flawlessly.

the last two pics without flash truly show all the subtle colors well. It's a piece of art.

Hey guys, thought I'd share the cover shot of CPU Magazine's next issue. :D

Should be making its way to mailboxes now, and on newsstand shelves in a week or so.

I love the cover man, but I have to ask, did you get a photographer to chop it onto that background or did they (the magazine) do it themselves?

if the magazine did that I am not going let them have free reign with my photos!

    Thanks everyone! :D

I worked with a photographer locally and got the shots, then sent them in to CPU. We shot on a white backdrop so it was pretty easy for them to knock out the case. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw they ran with a white background this month to match Trident :) (they've been going with a black background for as long as I can remember).

If you give them great shots to work with, then they don't have to "fix it in post" as they say lol. You shouldn't be worried. :D
