So, as it's now December, we have 20 or so days until panic buying Christmas presents! I'm always at a loss what to get some family members and I refuse to buy any more vouchers/itunes cards, so I thought we could all pitch in with what we are buying for our parents/family/friends/spouses/pets/selves and be lazy and steal each others ideas! Post links if you can. So, in my case! Mum: Some winter walking kit, thermos, hat and gloves. Dad: No idea Evil step mother: No idea (She's not really evil, it's just a standard title.) Sister - 21: These - She's been subtly using that link as a footer in all her emails to me for a while now! Brother 1 - 19: No idea Brothers 2 & 3 (twins) - 4: I'm thinking a marble run each... They just stopped sticking things up their noses and started taking an interest in building things. Grandparents x2: No idea Me: Q Acoustics 1010i cinema package A special treat for working so hard

Damn you organised people! I only know what I'm getting my girlfriend (can't say - she knows what parts of the net I frequent...), and my dad (voucher for local model shop). Everyone else is beyond me. Although secret santa around our pub group should be good - spending limit is a quid, so we should see some inventiveness going on...
Operation Get Shig A Shag! Well, let our fine selection of techies, 4chan users, and mods wielding various weapons help, the only way we know how - what sort of stuff does she like? How long you been seeing her? What's your budget? Is she a fan of anything (please don't say Twilight)?

Let's see. So far Oldest son gets a new laptop make to be determined as his Alienware lappy is getting dated Middle son gets 42 inch flat screen TV and satellite programming Ryan gets Xbox 360 Elite in black + whatever games come into style grand daughters get new jewelry boxes crammed full of gurl things grandson is in Army bootcamp so we don't know what to send/save here. That's about it so far. Still early. Wants may change yet again. Oh, and everybody gets the requisite sock on the wall (no mantle) with fruit, candy, colognes and perfumes. The critters socks are stuffed with dog/cat/bird/reptile treats Sounds about right john
seeing as I'm getting my medical bills in, this christmas is going to suck. The wife's family does a name drawing and you just buy for one person, I have to figure out what a 2yo boy would like. considering one of these: http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3918321 He may be young to grasp that yet though so undecided. For the wife: ?????? She wants the rest of the Gilmore Girls on DVD. She's missing 2 seasons. I don't really want to go that easy but I have no other ideas.
Extra furry microwaveable sock/boots, a slanket, Wii Sports Resort, Wii Fishing game with rod, Clock with picture frames and an Orgasmatron for the wife. Curling/hair heating thing for mum in law. Can't say what I've got for dad in law as I think he browses these forums. Various stuff from the Amazon wishlists of my twin sisters. Mum - book vouchers I should think. Dad - hmm..? I can't remember what I got for my two Nannas.. something to put in the bathroom or something to eat, I think They were sent off a while ago. Can't remember who I've bought for now, but there's a couple of neices and a sister in law who've got bits n bobs, too. Got to get some cards sent off soon! Good grief, I need about another month.
