You're not the only one. If oldnewby put Cygnus X1 into production he'd make quite a lot! But I wouldn't if I were him. Being unique rocks

I think that Thermaltake should certainly be commended for producing something that departs from the boring norm. However it feels like a first prototype more than a finished product, and it is regretful to note that its potential for passive cooling solutions has not at all been exploited. Needs a few more iterations with the R&D team. If its build quality starts to match that of, say, a Coolermaster ATC-S4000 then a £500,-- pricetag is justified.

    In short: needs moar cheesecake.

Is the case leaning or is it bending? Looks more like its bending under the weight.

It is eye catching but so is a bright yellow ferrari, doesn't mean I want one plus its ridiculously expensive, I can think of much better ways to spend £500.

Seems a little over priced, and for what?

It's like all Thermaltake cases - cheap'n'cheerful (and frankly total sh*t). If Coolermaster, Silverstone, Zalman, Lian-Li, etc. had made this case they wouldn't have used any 1mm/1.5mm aluminium on those swingy out bits...duh!!

You don't get a firm used to building Robin Reliants to build the next Bugati Veyron...

Think this case looks sweet if a bit expensive but sometimes you can pay alot for something that looks nice even when the build quality is sometimes questionable but it's your cash, do what ya like with it. i suppose you just have to dicide if its for you or not and buy one. i listened to reviews and shelled out for an antec p180 and regreted it since it arrived but still use it as it's better than the alternatives i own.
for this sort of cash i would probably be looking for something with a little extra like the old Asetek VapoChill XE II...what i'd give for one of those puppies now.

The problem with cases is that most of the good expensive ones aren't carried in a store..

So without the option to actually see it IRL before purchase, you either regret getting one too big or small.

That said, the customer reviews of the Antec 900 always boggles my mind...that thing is hardly large, yet people say it's huge..

It's such a shame about the build quality; great looking case.
