Like Taffy I have had my best month ever with over 1.1 million points.
Also into the top 40 for the team and the top 1000 in the world.

 

yay just hit my first million. this isn't the last of me, 2 million here i come. hoping to get my other computer back up and folding.

lol you nutter, what you paying a quarter doc!? Mine was for a qtr yes, just lucky I can shove a bunch of dedicated rigs in me server room at work otherwise I wouldn't be producing anywhere near as much as I am!

LOL as much as I would love to home some more rigs in there for you guys I think our IT director might have something to say when our UPS exceeds its maximum capacity and the aircon stops being cold anymore haha

Heres one of our 48U HP racks im "borrowing" the bottom of, in the 3 bottom 4U chassis I've homed 9 x GTX260's, A Q6600 @3.4ghz, Athlon 7850 @3.4ghz & Phenom II 550 @3.4ghz and a pic below of the inside of one

All hardware is personally owned by me though, just "borrow" some of works electric

I was hoping to get it by the end of January (4 years since first record) but having the wrong power cable supplied with my GPU PSU slowed me down.

Not just because I have a new case delivered today and want to show it off, honestly.

 

If you start it - I'll sticky it - it can be useful to share what you have/how it's configured.

 

I actually started a thread for this last night, have written out most of it out but fell asleep at me PC due to being uber tired from loads of overtime so didn't finish it. Have been meaning to make a rig/hardware thread for ages inc rack mountable kit etc as I have loads of pics to put up.

I've asked for people to mention CPU/GPU configs and what PPD the rig is pulling etc so we can all get an idea what hardware produces what PPD etc

Will finish it off and get it up tonight when im home

Logged on last night and found I'm past 8 million now. The comments about electricity bills have made me smile. I do get some greif about this so hatched a plan: Phase 1 I changed supplier and have saved about 30% on the bill which now about £400 and Phase 2 is a wind turbine which I'll hopefully have installed in the summer. This will leave me free to fold to my hearts content and hopefully grief free!

 

now this wind turbine thing sounds interesting mad dog do you have any info at the moment as ive thought about it myself a number of occasions?
self build? kit?
