    Look forward to firing you guys up first thing Monday morning! I'd actually really like a bit-tech app for iPhone, and I think your blogs could do with more visibility, but having said that, KEEP THE LAYOUT SIMPLE!

    There are no plans to change the forum - it's lovely the way it is!

    Jamie has the key to the box protecting the big red button and won't let anyone near it. Plus, there's all sorts of complicated stuff that needs to happen after the button gets pressed, and us mere writers would just muck it all up!

    I can't believe this is finally launching - I started work on the redesign with the team about 2 1/2 years ago! As Alex mentions in his news story, the idea was to make more content more accessible without breaking the familiarity of the site. This direction was in response to the feedback we got from the last reader survey and feedback in the beta has been very good too - there were some great suggestions and a lot of those tweaks were implemented.
