How much PPD are you getting with one of those? And can you configure to fold on both cores? Anyway. Just read your ebay. 8K+ is nice. Aaaaahhhh. Panicking here. Just bought a case today morning. @both ish i got 2 ebayers that i am talking to now on ebay one is not sure (but he is quite close) other one is in Dublin Ireland (both are looking at 2 each) i never goes below 4500-5500 per GPU {depends on work unit} you know as you got an GTS250 thats the same thing as i have now but just one of them (8-11k per card some times higher with them super work units) at the moment i have 7 9800GX2 default clocked + 1 XFX XT 9800GX2 @Unicorn the XT card looks like what it does under google (the case on the XFX XT 9800GX2 has never been taken off) i did not know for about an week that it was an XT until i noticed that the default clocks was higher in gpu-z (person who sent me did not say it was an XT as well, one was XT other one was not), i am most like going to be putting this one on an Bid on ebay unless you offer tad more for it more then 150 for it (150 bid start 250 buy now as they have gone for an large amount before dono why) if you win the item i would remove the p&p (me thinking that £)
I must say I think 9800GX2s have held their value well. The one I bought, I paid £240 new around 2 years ago
the bidding will start tonight at 9pm for 7 days for the XFX XT 9800GX2 unless you lot want to fight for it on here now before i put it up at 9pm (the XFX is most likely going to sell) i can stop the listing at any time i think as long as no one has bidding on the item preferably i want to sell them directly as the ebay cost £4.65 if sold (P&p would still be £10 due to wight) i would prefer these cards to be going to folders

Any updates on these CNL? It's looking unlikely that I will be able to get my hands on 3x 295's now so I might have to settle for 3x 9800GX2's instead. Bummer tbh
You'll still get 30k from the gpus alone plus the points from your CPU, so that's still a beast of folding rig
After realising that the 480's will produce at least as many points and come in at a similar price point, I might be looking at three of them instead, provided they don't run any hotter than the 295's did. Anyone have any knowledge on this so far?
No one knows how many PPD Fermi will produce yet. A few sites tried "beta" clients supplied by nVidia, but do not take that as fact. Also, I don't think they will match your price/ppd ratio of the 9800GX2s, 3 of those is around £450 giving you 30,000PPD - thats only enough for 1 480 GTX, and I'll eat my hat if one 480 gets anywhere near 30,000PPD.
