    Polished aluminium /always/ looks terrible after about five minutes, it is quite possible the easiest material to visibly scratch. Generally though, I can't see any appeal in this, when you get to this sort of size its not really a laptop any more.

    I think it looks horrible with the lid open it looks like the speakers have been hung off the monitor, and why didn't they put a numeric pad on instead of two huge blanks either side of the keyboard seems like a no brainer to me

    Well, sometimes I do find myself extending the pinkie whilst enjoying a cup and gazing out over the veranda... but I still don't think this is for me. Polished Al is a terrible choice, you can see the fingerprints in the shot with the booth babes, not to mention the scratches that are inevitable. I suppose someone has to made "laptops" like this.

    What on earth is a "Nvidia GeForce 334M"? That even *sounds* rubbish.

    The speaker placement looks like the original eee PC ;)

    if its never been done, theres probably a reason why. its even got fingerprints in the photographs. I bet it will get all scratched as well.
