So i have a idea I haven't seen anything like this on the gaming part of the forum so thought i might as well make it myself as it could be useful for some people. Basically all I would like you to do is post your top 5 pc games. I think just pc games would be best and no console games. So just copy the format I'm going to do. You can add a little information on the reason why its in your top 5 in you like but you don't have too. 1. World Of Warcraft - huge game with hours of fun to be had 2. Left 4 Dead - great pick up and play game 3. Crysis 4. Mass Effect 5. Crysis Warhead As you can probably tell I haven't been PC gaming for long and haven't got many games for it, but you have to start somewhere.

Oblivion Call of Duty 4 Command and Conquer Red Alert 2 Championship Manager 01/02 Civilisation 2 (4 Aswell). So If the first letter of your Game title = C, Chances of Success are high.

Since I have permish I tried to put them ruffly in order of time spent on them. Though it is kinda impossible to recall..but whatever. I didn't include any online games I have poured hours into as quite frankly, though they were addictive, I wouldn't want to play them again. All these games I will play again at some point. It was still kinda hard picking just ten. Max Payne Had this question been posed a few years ago I would have put Ghost Recon 1 or Rainbow Six: Raven Shield or Splinter Cell Chaos Theory on that list but I can't in good conscience put an Ubisoft game on my list since they destroyed the series.
That doesn't ruin the past greatness though, GRAW and Chaos Theory are among my favourite games ever. Also I think this is the kind of topic that needs to be done every so often, new games come out, you rediscover old ones... Star Wars - Knights of the Old republic, is a single player stand alone game (KotOR). Well worth your time..as is the sequel by Obsidian. Star Wars - The Old Republic, is the MMO currently being beta tested. Supposed to be the first online game with full voice over acting (like a full on single player game). If Bioware pulls this off they will make a mint to say the least.
You're right that they still are just as great. Its just that whenever I am playing them I want a true sequel to these games which just won't happen and it makes me sad to the point that I would rather forget about them. Bonus points for Freelancer
