    I've spent today cleaning up my dog’s urine and poo, I had to wash it out of his fur with a sponge too because I didn't want him to be lying in it when he slept.
    10mins later he tried to stand up walk 3 feet, collapsed then physically shook as he pissed again because of his distress.
    Tomorrow I will probably have to take my dog to the vet and watch as they kill him.
    I can’t stop my eyes crying, I don’t know why I’m typing this here...I guess I just need to vent it somewhere, and saying it now might make it easier tomorrow.



    EDIT: It hasn't helped I don't want to kill my dog

    The muscles in his back legs has been deteriorating for a while and he has arthritis. I new it would happen but yesterday he was fine.

    We have been for months, heavy medication he has been happy pottering about the garden and even his short walks. The vet gave him two months to live about a year ago, but I just... I don't know what I expected tbh, yesterday he was quite perky, now he is bearly moving.
