It has the honour of being the only film that has made me truly angry watching it, and I've seen the Highlander series.
I skipped through the last parts of the original Highlander movie because it was pretty terrible. To watch a movie like MS vs GO requires either a group of friends and a large amount of alcohol/drugs/both, or suicidal tendencies. Then again, to have such a terrible movie summarized like this is pretty entertaining. The Jaws 3(D) one was pretty good too
I actually slept during at least half an hour. I think I missed all the octopus on shark action, and only saw the stupid and awkward scientist on scientist action
Ive got the added joy of being a Physics student with militaristic interests, every 20 seconds it would be a case of 'It doesn't work like that' or 'That wouldn't happen'. You didn't miss anything, just a shot of a shark and octopus together repeated 4-5 times
For only £2 I will gladly advice against it. It's not even funny because it's over the top or anything. It just sucks On the other hand, I saw Wasting Away the other day, it was way more betterer and funnyerer
I usually quite enjoy crappy B-movies, but this was so awful I couldn't cope. Those sets were just laughable enough to tip me over the edge.
I have rented the movie too, but still to watch it. Looks like a good one to go with much alcohol and a pizza
You guys just have no taste. Or no friends. I enjoyed Highlander, and I loved this movie. There is nothing better to watch when drunk. It's hilariously bad. The. Best. B-Movie. Ever. Well maybe not the best, there's the The Evil Dead series after all, but pretty close.
Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus is another shitty movie made by The Asylum. These guys are in the business of releasing very cheap, knock off genre movies right around the time of a similarly themed major release (Transmorphers, The Terminators, Snakes on a Train, Titanic 2, War of the Worlds etc - the list goes on and on...). They have two main sources of income: SyFy channel and people buying their DVDs by mistake on Amazon.com. It's worth visiting their website just to check out all the hilarious abuse they get from people posting in the comments, and the fact that their own staff troll the trolls right back (while probably laughing all the way to the bank)!
You mean @#$@ snakes on a @#$# plane? Still haven't seen Transmorphers. Probably shouldn't bother. On a related note, Clash of the Titans was a cheap popcorn movie as well, much like the Transformers movies. Lots of flashy CGI battles and less story than toppings on a $1 pizza.
Unwatchably awful in every way. It's not even one of those "so bad it's good films" - it's just dreadful.
