Seriously, people are paying 11 quid for a small map pack? No, a second map pack which would make MW2 cost 60 quid+ in total if people paid full price for the game. That's just ridiculous, it's like a stupid tax which idiots are so willing to pay.

Does anyone else kind of feel like CS:S is now the Sims of the Steam chart? I know it's not at the top of the list but it's always in there..

CSS was given a big update, so there is a new round of gamers buying it. It'll be back out of the chart soon enough....

P.S. Thanks to BT for making it clear that this is a daily Steam chart. :)

And APB continues to sell well, despite the mediocre reviews it has been getting.

It's worst since you are forced to pay taxes. MW2 on the other hand ...

VAC bans mean there is a constant stream of kids looking for another account with CSS to replace the one "my little brother used whilst i was out" :)

haha yeah, or like my rather unfortunate friend who got his account VAC banned for using a NO-CD crack for the retail version of the orange box heh. Valve would not budge and unban it.

I'm ultra cautious about my account as I have one of those Valve complementary accounts (due working on a source engine game), where I get all Valve releases and pre-purchase bonuses free of charge. Just awaiting Portal 2 to show up on my list...

odd that Sniper makes it into the top 10. It's not got great reviews but I guess people like point and click adventures.... lol

Why would he want a no-cd crack for a Valve game?

That's what I was wondering: name a Valve game since HL2 that requires the CD to play?

Thats' what I said, but apparently if you brought the DVD version of the orange box, not only did you need to install and login to steam to play it, but you also needed the DVD in your drive.
