Hi guys, I appear to be having some problems linking up my CCL account with my Bit-Tech account. If anyone's kicking about to drop me a PM to clear up the situation, I'd be grateful for the help! EDIT: Never mind - I logged back in the next day, and for some reason my account had forgotten my saved basket and Bit-tech info. Popping it back in cleared everything up. if anyone was behind the scenes for this jiggery-pokery, thank you!
Hi, I'm trying to order the Palit 768MB 460GTX and some Corsair memory, but each time I go to the checkout the next day delivery isn't free. The total is obviously over the £20 limit etc. Any thoughts as to why? I've linked my account. Thanks RAM

Just taken advantage of the free next day delivery! Couldn't be bothered by spending 2 - 3 minutes driving to CCL. Might as well get it delivered, lol been in enough times in the last few weeks. I must say I'm extremely happy with the service I've recivied both in store, and on the phone. Always polite and friendly and able to answer most queries.
I signed up for free delivery on scan and CCL, I started with CCL but my email addresses between bit-tech and CCL/Scan are different, it let me get free shipping but with scan I had to use the same address so I changed my bit-tech address to my scan address. Is there any way I can change the address that CCL has down for me?

Ok the Isle of Man seems to be very expensive to send anything to, almost insanely expensive. We are just crunching the calculator to work out the best we could offer but it could get complicated depending on what you order. Watch this space.

Why is it that I go to add a samsung F3 1TB drive for £39 exc VAT I don't get an option for free shipping and why did my bit-tech details get deleted from my CCL account? I put them back in but still don't get free shipping? Same with my friend. Thanks.
