Agreed. I would've been tempted to hide those plug sockets with something though, given how clean the rest of the room is.

Reminds me of a page out of an IKEA catalogue TBH :p

    Thanks Guys

I'm very tidy, it's still as clean two months later. :D

It's a standard Dulux colour, Urban Obsession. I think it's in their feature wall range but I just got a 5 litre can of it mixed up at Homebase.

Yeah, they do bug me a little. I was planning on moving them down behind the TV bench but decided it was a bit too much work for now. It is a plan for the future.

Next step is getting rid of the carpets that came with the flat and getting some nice wooden flooring down.

Freaking awesome room, the whole place looks really sharp and excellent. Instead of moving the sockets why don't you get some machined leg extensions for your unit? 4 inches of similar metal under each leg would work really nicely without looking odd, wouldn't be too much to get some alu bar machined up nice. :)

The brushed stainless steel outlet bezels are a nice touch. Way better than the regular white painted ones.

That's actually a pretty good idea as the speakers could do with being a bit higher too. Wouldn't have a clue where to find something like that though.

Quite a few places in the UK offer the service, if I remember rightly, there's even a place around the corner from me that does it. Hell, if you have a college near by they might have a machine shop, might be able to get a student there to do it for you :p

Is that WMC hacked with the streams-of-light wallpaper? Looks pretty swish if so :)

Cheers, I've got some investigating to do. There's a college a couple of hundred meters away, so I'll go and ask them if they can help me out.

    Yep :thumb:

Very nice, but that white wall is just calling out for a decent wide black and white photo shot...maybe a wide lense city shot or something similar.
