    Any kind of mod deserves applaud in my opinion, esepecially one this involved and with some interesting ideas (wireless connection to the TV? its like the ultimate HTPC)

    This is what real modding is about. Not just cutting holes in the side of your pc. (*Looks at own PC and hangs head in shame*)

    He's making a rod for his own back leaving the keyboard detachable, he'll need to leave extra space for its battery which he wouldn't otherwise.

    I hope it goes well, looks shiny :)

    Might gonna be a pain to type on, what with the keyboard being lifted so much.

    That's awesome and the in-built modularity of the keyboard and trackpad is a nice touch. As it shows on the blog, he can switch them around for left-handedness as needed.

    I'm sure as we speak Apple are getting their lawyers to build up a case...As in law suit not some thing to mod it with!

    Why? I don't think anyone else has gotten in legal troubles for PC modding, except of course for voiding the warranty.
