Slight update... I have added free shipping manually to your account for now while I try and figure out what's going wrong. The script that runs checks your username and email against the bit-tech server and for some reason the combination you PM'd me returns "user not found". Could you triple-check the email address in your profile? stormbringer500's account seems to have worked and now has free shipping
Be careful not to spam then! It is at the moment however for other UK addresses I may be able to sort out a free service that takes a couple of days or a shipping discount. Drop me a PM if your looking to place an order and I will be happy to help.
Hi, sorry to be a bother but I can't seem to find the free next day delivery option either. Have only just got to 20 posts though - does it take a while to update that info at CCL?
SDeshmukh, have you linked your bit-tech account with your CCL account? It is usually pretty instant well at least mine was.
Hi shadows - yes I did this but I did it along with joining Bit-Tech forums so obviously did not have >20 posts at that point. It's working now though. Must just have taken a bit of time to update on the CCL side
There is a few hours delay for our system to pick up what has happened on Bit-Tech post wise as you have spotted.
