Went pub last night built up guts and got involved with 3 Korean birds, exchanged numbers, WIN!

 

B-day. And I thought it would suck, but turns out I have somewhere to go on the evening, and before that I'm gonna enjoy some steaks.

I'm studying in Canada for a year...Canadians + Americans LOVE English guys

And this place is crazy. The fun crazy. And I just discovered Arcade Fire.

 

I think that I may finally be moving on from the trainwreck of my personal life over the past couple of months. Learnt that despite the fact that I'm the bad guy, the innocent can still come out looking worse if they start trying to use sex for revenge; and inevitably lose the respect of their other friends. Learnt the perils of going back. Learnt that sex with your best friend is not a particularly good idea, especially when she's also one of your ex's best friends.

Most importantly, I've learnt not to be so pessimistic in relationships. Yes, it will almost certainly end eventually; that doesn't mean when things get tough you should end it. Always try to make it work. Oh, and to be less selfish in relationships.

I'd say that I've done the worst things to others that I've ever done, but from my worst I will learn and change for the better. Bring on life.

Going to hopefully go on a date with a close friend. If no go on the date, then just going to hang out and spend some quality time with her, since I havent seen her since I left high school.

Test drove a Golf TDI.

For a diesel, I have to say I am impressed. Its quiet and runs a hell of a lot better then its gas cousin, the GTI (and imo outperforms it as well).

All I have to say is I likey, and I want.

Also, DAT TORQUE. That thing handles like a dream and the fact I can floor in 6th at 50mph and still have quick response time amazes the hell out of me.

Also, the saleslady (who was just barely older then me) was ****ing hot.

Finding out that my older sister is moving back into the country (from Germany), and landing on my BDay.

Must've worked. She insisted on buying me dinner tonight for all my help in getting her furniture assembled. Does that qualify as a date? A reverse date?

 

After 8 pints of Snakebite, I have no hangover. And my first day of proper Uni starts today.. So all's good in the hood

 

That qualifies as a thank you date.
That might not be the same as a ZOMG IWANNASHAGYOURBRAINSOUT date, but it's a start... the key is gentlemanly, and yet "Just a bit too good for this, I really have a busy schedule and 14 other women who DO want to shag me"...

 

Besides the "I have 14 other women who DO" bit, that's pretty much what I've done. Weekdays are much easier for that sort of thing, anyway.
