I'm guessing the score of 3 represents a resounding "No!"...;)

Well this is a French game, which unfortunatly means I'm not surprised. You have to understand that the French love their philosophy (Sartre withdrawl syndrome I guess) most people have to study it as soon as you are in 6th form.

I'm just suprised the game doesn't go on strike :wallbash:

Hell, I love my philosophy too, but this is just drivel.

"The docile elipses of stars in suicide?" My arse.

‘Go to the woodmill on the far side of town, have a flashback, survive for 30 turns and then come back to the priest’

I would have thought it was pretty obvious that this is exactly what is meant by the phrase, "Get some air." You've got to read between the lines a bit is all.

"...it has a strain of literary diarrhoea which usually affects young goths. It is constantly spewing out pseudo-philosophical, pseudo-poetical nonsense in vast quantity and to very little effect, in other words. Never has there been a game more in need of a visit from the red pen."

One of my favourite things to read.

    Possibly of all time.

Art games. Blegh. Give me a shotgun and some mindless violence instead, thanks.

Joe, were you playing it in French too, or were those screenshots provided by the developer? Maybe the crap poetry is just a bad translation...?

Playing it in English, but the translation didn't seem that bad, just the writing.

That's a shame. It could have been the new Zero Wing.

"You zig every zag, like the long winters spent on the lake in your childhood, fishing with your father. He was silent back then, like a concrete block or some other sort of stone. He never said much. Was usually quiet. It was cold then, in winter, on the lake. Snow fell from the sky, falling in drifts across the ground around the lake as you fished there, with your dad, who was always quiet, in the cold, which it was. All this happened in the town in the mountains, near the lake, where you once fished with your dad. He never said much, your dad - probably because it was too cold.

One time, in the cold, by the lake, your dad leaned over and said something....he said 'All your base are belong to us, in the cold.'"
