Hello guys, first i apologize if my english is not perfect but I am brazilian and I know some of this language and think it's enough...:thumb:

To make the case i was inspired by two cases:

    Silverstone Raven 02

    Corsair Obsidian 800D

I've done his scheme in Google Sketchup but for now i'll leave it to show the look further ahead after all do not want to spoil the surprise... :nono:

This is the scheme to sustain the case:

Well folks this is the beginning, the case will have the following dimensions: 50 cm high, 70 cm long and 25 cm wide.

    Hope you enjoy. :naughty:

Well, folks these days are well run, this week barely had time to do anything in the case, but I managed to almost finish the structure. :thumb:

I'm curious, which way will the PSU be blowing? Up, down or out?

I like the idea of the long length and shorter height. Then I saw the standard width desk and wondered how you would use the completed case because of its length. I guess you'll be building a custom desk after this so that it fits?

Thanks man, this project took five months to get ready the way I wanted.

We are here to support all our brothers, even if they are away, after all I am the grandson of a Portuguese, my grandfather was named Antonio Manoel Francisco, but do not ask me what part of Portugal he came, this complicates ... :hehe:

The psu blows up, ie in the area of exit of hot air.

    Glad you liked! :thumb:

Then I'll find a desk that fits the case or else I will assemble a new desk ... :dremel:

Well, folks now able to finalize the structure of the case and decided to put a PSU to demonstrate how it will be ventilation:

    Looking very good !

I just dont like that fan at the front of the case , it would be better with a cleaner look !!

    In portuguese:

Estas a ir muito bem , gostei , so nao gosto da fan na frontal da caixa , ficaria melhor com um aspecto mais limpo..e talvez com um sistema de watercooling mais ai ja depende do orçamento

    Abraço

Thanks, this project i should not use the optical drive. ;)

Thanks dude, i tried to make the best union of the two cases. :naughty:

Thank you all and continue to follow. :thumb:

Guys, it's been a while since I did my last post, but here is the news, I hope you enjoy:

This is the aluminum plate 2 meters by 1 meter and 2 mm thick:

    First cuts at the plate:

All the cuts already made and the preliminary assembly of the case:

The assembly was not 100% because I use a tape to secure the plates but it gives an idea of how it will become the montage at the end.

The next step is to finish the plates and then make the cuts for the fans, ventilation and the passage of cables. :dremel:

Hope you liked it, suggestions are welcome.

Thanks man, that's the goal, make a big case for a future watercooler.

Yeah man, uniting the two I can use the best of what they have.

    Thanks for the comments.

Here are new pictures of how is the progress of the case.

The plates top and bottom of the case were cut according to the project.

    Enjoy:
