Just passed my Amateur Radio Foundation Licence

 

I'm currently download at 1.5mb/s from steam. Never would have believed it possible, here in Greece LOL. It is through steam, but still xD

 

ummm... my friend is coming back to Canada in the winter for, I assume, Christmas break.




Also..... talking to the girl of my interest always makes me happy.

Well done! I remember passing my exams, and then passing my morse test and getting a class A license. Great feeling.

Finally got phase 1 of my C coursework done! It's finally clicked into place! YAY!

 

Off out to shoot white balls at people as a recreational activity, yay.

 

Kicked it with a few buds of mine, had a good conversation, talked about life in general, and had 2 delicious shots before going to a meeting.

 

I'm being asked to audition for a Dio tribute band by Glenn Howes.

No big deal, he was just in Blitzkrieg...

What do you play?

 

Predominantly, I'm a singer, although I've dabbled with lead guitar for the best part of a decade.

It's just a shame I'm supposed to be guitarist on this one. I'd have torn up the Dio vocals stuff something fierce.

Instrument-wise, my babies are an 89 Charvel, a 97 Ibanez, and a few other bits and pieces (my newest purchase was an absolutely gorgeous Takamine), with a couple of Marshalls (a combo and stack), a nice big pedal-board, and Dunlop picks of all shapes and sizes.

 

Cool, do yo play in any bands atm?

When I moved out here in Jan I couldnt bring my electric guitar (old ibanez my mate gave me) so all i have is a couple of nice acoustic yamahas (1 nylon and 1 steel)

Only been playing for 3 years and pretty much all I play is blues. I really need to go for some lessons though because I know my technique is bad as I'm self taught.

I dream of owning a white Gibson V and a Les Paul.

Personally, I'd add in fried onions instead of the egg, and go for brown sauce, but at least you made the discovery at the beginning of uni and not the end.
