    Etching is relatively easy...

    1. Mirror the logo images with photoshop -> So that when you etch them onto the plexy they are oriented the right way.

    2. Print the mirrored images

    3. Place the printed image behind the plexi. Since we're talking about smoked plexi, you would need to light the thing from behind the paper so that you can see the image clearly.

    4. Go to town with your dremel engraving tool.

I hadn't done any etching up until about 2 weeks ago and I can tell you I got some decent results on my first try with a very intricate image.

If you don't want to do it yourself, you could always have the plexi laser etched... it will cost a few bucks, but you'll have perfect a perfectly etched logo on there.

Gonna stop @ the local plastic shop in the morning to see what they have in stock. Never worked with Plexi before so this could be fun

    [Update]

Stopped and ordered smoked plexiglass. They will be cutting and bending this for me and should be done sometime next week.

Also, looking into what Power Supply I should use for this build. Would like to stay around $100.

    [Insert suggestions here]

What a colour scheme- just perfect. I'd love to do something like that, just lack the money or the time :(

Keep up the great modding

Small update today: Received the GFX and PSU today. Also went and picked up my custom made Smoked Acrylic pieces. I will take pictures of all tomorrow night.

I want to build a custom back plate for the GTX 460, but not sure how just yet. Also debating on wither on not to wrap PSU in carbon fiber vinyl or not. It looks pretty sweet just the way it is.

Will get pictures tomorrow so you guys can help me out!

And props to 23RO_UK for the smoked plexi idea :)

    Where to mount the Watercooling?

Ok guys, I have decided on a water cooling kit that I think will fit this built.

    The Coolit Vantage ALC. :thumb:

Why not go for a Corsair Hydro H50 or the H70?

Both superior to the CoolIT stuff :thumb:

It was considered. I like the LCD Screen the CoolIT offers and with it's built-in wireless control system, there is room for growth. Being able to look at the CPU and have the information right there is cool, and they fact that you can change the screen colors is even cooler!

The H70 does a little better job at cooling, but I'm not pushing this thing to 4.5 GHz so it won't be that big of a deal.
