    UV stuff

The UV lights have arrived and so have a few more bits.

The coils look as they should and so does the heat shrink, I had a good look at the braiding and as of now it gone, never to return.

I've also finished up the front panel and got some under coat on it. The plexi has arrive so I'm pretty much ready to get some proper work done on this thing.

As you can see the orange does what it says on the packet.

And this stuff doesn't , so it's off to the bin.

The front panels taking shape nicely and once I get the rest of the case rubbed down and undercoated it'll be getting a nice lick of paint.

Thats it for now, sorry for the bitty updates but from now on it'll be some proper modding and proper updates

    Thanks for looking:thumb:

Looks good but seems like an odd present for a 7-year old.

How many kids these days have PC's or lap tops. Loads. Thing is , he's seriously smart and always on mine or my Misses PC. This will be as much educational as fun for him, the school he goes to use PC's and his teacher has said she will give me a list of downloads for all the stuff they use. So it make perfectly good sense to me. I'm not even going to get in to the list of non PC stuff that he's getting as well.

And if you're wondering why he's getting a modded PC. Why drive a battered old ford when you can have a Lamborghini.

Nothing wrong with getting the kids into customising and Modding machines. I hope to get mine into it too. Kids need to know there is more to a PC than Facebook!
Looking good though Jeff I agree the new orange is better than the "orange beta" you got first. I think you were tucked up there mate!

Thanks buddy. But it makes sense. I'd rather they do something useful and constructive, than destructive.

If you combined that with the floro juice that Paul was using you'd have to wear a welding mask to protect your eyes every time the side panel came off.:hip:

Hey Jeff, can't believe I have just spotted this...

Don't tell my 6 year old or he will be banging on to me to make him one. That said, I do have an old P4 Shuttle doing nothing, maybe, maybe...

Anyway, given that I think I have seen every Ben 10 episode and movie like you, don't forget that Heatblast has red colouring as well as orange. Every kids drawing of Heatblast has red in it - more red than orange.

Idea: the scale-type effect - sort of like plates...

"Heatblast is a Pyronite (pyro meaning fire and "nite" as in ignite) from the star Pyros. Heatblast is Ben's first transformation, accidentally activated in the pilot episode of the original series "And Then There Were 10" when Ben was trying to remove the Omnitrix immediately after it first attached to him.

Heatblast is a magma-based life-form that can control fire at will, either projecting it in a wide range of forms or absorbing it into himself. He can fire streams of flame, create fireballs, manifest tornadoes of flame, utilize those tornadoes to carry himself and others short distances, and radiate heat in all directions for a localized explosion. He can also achieve flight by firing at the ground to propel himself like a rocket. Apart from this, Heatblast is also a highly durable alien, able to endure being thrown through buildings without being slowed. When Ben gets a cold, Heatblast's powers are reversed, giving him cryokinetic (cold and ice) powers instead of the normal pyrokinesis (heat and flame). Heatblast's dependency on heat is also his weakness, as his powers can be negated by sufficient amounts of water or similar fire-extinguishing materials and large amounts of water can extinguish him permanently. He is also unable to lower his own body temperature, which prevents him from touching things without burning them, people included.
