Wow, that's good of you mate. I've got him Mario Kart for the Wii and the DSi as well as something called Lego Battles for the DSi.

I couldn't stretch to any more due to my impulse buy in the marketplace recently .

The use of Uv coils on the wires is something different from all the sleeving that's been going on I really like it looks the business. Where did you get those coils from out of interest ?

final update. Christmas day 2010

Well he's finally opened it. His reaction caught us totally off guard, rather pinging off the walls and being scrapped off the ceiling, he opened the box and said "it's a computer,is it mine" and that was it, total silence, just stood there staring. It has to be the first time since he was born that he didn't have some thing to say. Any way heres a few pics as promised....



















Even quality control had crashed out after being dragged out of bed at 5.45am



So there you have it, he's as happy as a sandboy, it's all set up in his room and he's not been seen since.

So thats the end of Project heat blast, its been really good fun doing this one.

I've got a few projects on the go and I'll be helping a few people out with theirs and then I'll be back with Project Pure indulgence/Saturday Night Special. I haven't decided on the name yet.
It'll be a scratch build, it's going to be huge, about 4ft high and I'm probably going to get in way over my head and it'll all end in tears!
