    Yeah castings awesome :D




    Hi everyone I've collected the castings and my regular updates will start again now.

    Heres the parts straight from the casters:

    Here they are after 2 hours of smoothing out using a Flap disc on a Grinder, and I've also chopped the ends off the front panel casting using a Chop saw:

    Whoa, that is some serious heavy metal there. How much do they weigh? turned out real nice too. I was expecting a lot more pitting than that, still, I know you got a chore ahead of you. :)

    Around 2 to 2.5 KG, the nice thick edges should look great once there smoothed out.


    Yeah hours and hours I reckon, and the grinder starts to feel heavier and heavier as the hours go by lol. Next update will be later today.
