    Oh yes.... Here it is...

I would hope you might agree with me on this one....

So i was at work and this guy was there he generally is a complete pain in the ass constantly always trying to get free food out of you by saying "Oh yeh i paid for extra this" so on this occasion he was served by a girl i work with

"Thats not right..." as she was about to put it down....
    "Oh sorry..."
    "I ordered extra bacon"
    *walks back in*
    "He ordered extra bacon..."
"No he did'nt, oh **** sake just make him happy"
    *puts bacon on*
    "Sorry about that sir"
"No thats not right i ordered extra egg aswell"
    "Sorry..."

At this point she is looking pretty upset mainly because the guy is built like a brick shithouse and wearing his wife beater vest

"No im not giving him anymore, tell him he has'nt ordered that and he is going to have to pay"
    *walks out*

at this point i follow because i know what kind of guy he is

"Sorry sir your ticket says you have'nt ordered extra egg if you want extra egg you're going to have to pay for it"
So he gets off his seat and gets right in her face
"I ordered extra egg and you're telling me i have to pay for it...again!"

I never understood how you could get so angry over an egg...

At this point he was standing right up infront of her almost like he was starting a fight, so someone just indicates to me while i was cleaning a table "Jordan can you go see whats going on over there", turning to see a 6ft man standing over a 5ft 6 girl so i walk over.

She is literally cowering in fear almost crying i was like "WTF!!" (Never said that)

"_______ You go inside for a second i'll sort this out"

As soon as he saw me he sat back down (i was the one who served him so he new he could'nt pull any **** and i was also a guy equalling his height)
    "Whats the problem sir?"
    "Im missing an egg"
"No you should have ordered an extra egg you have'nt paid for one either"
    "Oh right"
"If you give me the money i'll take it to the till and get you your egg"

    "No thats fine" he grunted

The girl was in the kitchen for the next 25minutes till he left.... what a complete douchebag he literally was ready to fight with her.... 18 she was maybe its me but i was pretty disgusted and thought to myself for a second

"If he punches me first, technically thats self defence if i hit him back"

He just looked the kind of guy who done that ********

Whats worse is when i asked him, He did'nt even want it... even when i offered to take his money to the till to avoid a wait in line, did he just get it for pure kicks or what?

You don't have to wait for someone to hit you to claim self defence, if you have a genuine belief that they are about to hit you, legally you are allowed a pre-emptive strike. It doesn't matter if you are right or wrong, as long as you have a genuine belief that you (or others) are in danger.

The guy is just a douchebag shitbag bully.

Just someone who likes to try his luck because of his size. Had the same thing when I used to work in retail... someone kicked off about a can of beer being dented and threw it at a colleague who measured 5ft1, when Brawl walks round the corner all of 6ft4 and 19stone of weightlifter... things get odd don't they?

He's a coward mate, likes picking on women because of perhaps hundreds of reasons (NEXXO! front and centre...)

Kudos and fistbumps for sorting it out like a man buddy.

The guy sounds like a greedy chancer, well done for stepping in.
It seems as if it is something that happens less and less these days. People are less inclinded to help out in situations like that even when it is somebody vunerable on the recieving end.

I unfortunately have a tendancy to step in myself. I remember walking down the high street once when a bus went past full of school kids. One of the lads leaned out of the window and shouted an obsenity at me. Shocked and a little pissed off, I suddenly realised that the bus would be pulling into the depot behind the shopping centre at it terminated there.
I ran full pelt through the shooping centre and appeared out the back just as the bus pulled into the depot.
As I approached the bus the driver had the biggest grin on his face and opened the door to let me on.
There were about 20 kids on the bus mostly around 14 or 15 years old but there were also quite a few adults to.
"Which one of you little shits just shouted out of the window at me?" I enquired.
Like true friends 3 of them immediately pointed to this lad, who was looking quite sheepish.
I asked him if he thought he was being hard by shouting out of the window at me and wether he would still look so hard in front of his mates if I dragged him of the bus and gave him a slap. I had no intention of doing so, I just wanted to teach him a lesson.
His eyes were fixed on the floor and he didn't say a word.
"Thought not," I said and turned to leave the bus.
As I was leaving the bus driver said, "I am glad you came."
Not one of the adults on the bus said a word, in fact most of them looked away when I stepped onto the bus.

+1 rep for standing up to a bully.

Well done for standing up to him mate. Personally, if he was that confrontational before I came up to him, I would have already been thinking about pre-emptive strikes. Had he stood up to you (or me, if I were in your position), that would have been enough for me to engage.

I think thats great till it goes wrong, like it did for me a while back!

I was cycling through town late one night, Past the pubs on the high street whensaw a guy and gal argueing so I minded my own business and carried on, as i was about to go past them he floors the girl with his fist.

Immedietely I stopped, jumped off my bike grab hold of the guy, shoved him up against the wall, slapped him and told if he wanted to ave go start on me at which he backed off, I'd never done anything like it in my life, I felt such a hero for all of about 2mins when the next thing I know his girlfriend has jumped on my back pulling my hair screaming "to leave her boyfriend alone"!!!!

WTF I removed said wench got on my bike said "you crazy guys are made for each other" (-expletives) and cycled off,

would I do it again... probably.

But you never know what your walking into, the world is full of crazies and but I feel like their following me around!

However, next time he comes in, maybe you should give him a little something extra with his food.... :naughty:

I'd just like to say kudos for handling the situation in a calm, mature manner. Sounds like you managed to sort out a bully without resorting to chest thumping or verbal retaliation. Well done!

I used to work in restaurants a lot when I was at uni. Just bar the b*****ds, it's what I used to do. One bloke had a go at a girl I was dating at the time, granted she was in the wrong but there was no need for it. The resulting argument we had resulted in a fight, I was still working there afterwards though!

Some people are idiots for the sake of it, but I've faced worse than that guy sounds tbh. Way back when I was working in an off license I'd have to ID dozens of customers per night, and some of them took serious offence at being asked for ID and occasionally some of them got aggressive about it. I could handle them just fine - they were swiftly told to "show me some ID or get out" and I exercised my right to refuse service to countless pricks who couldn't or wouldn't produce ID and barred many of them as well. There were also a few occasions when customers got aggressive with some of the younger members of staff who worked there and I had to step in. Worst night I had in the place was when I broke up a fight between a drunk guy and one of my regular customers and "escorted" them both off the premesis. My boss (the OL owner) went absolutely mad when he watched it back on the CCTV - my response was "I wasn't about to let them wreck the place and each other without doing something. If you don't like it, I'll stand with my arms folded and watch whoever starts the next fight in there break everything in sight".

    I don't like bullies........

I'm not a big guy, 5'10 and built like a long jumper lol, but i can't stop myself from entering situations like this. I was bullied all of my school life and have a bitter hatred of bullying in any form.

Seems some other people do this aswell. One night while waiting in line to enter of the bigger dives in Rugeley (The Shrew) a couple were arguing quite heatedly next to the queue. The entrance goes up about 7 steps between a couple of pillars at the bottom. The girl had her back to the pillar and the guy was right in her face shouting, she was cowering, until he dropped the nut on her and i mean hard, it seemed like her whole face exploded. Me, and about 10 other guys were about to kick the living **** out of him but a local guy, known to be a bit of a hard ass, calmly turned, grabbed the guys hair and smashed his face into the pillar with so much force i was shocked by it. The casually picks up the girl and carries her inside asking the doormen for their first aid kit. To my knowledge they're still together and this was 12 years ago.

Big +rep for being anti bully.

+Rep for dealing with that mate!

Yeah, bullies dont like it when someone calls them on their ****.

11 year old me in comp, regularly got the **** kicked out him for looking like someone they knew. One day I just did a pre-emptive strike. Walked through the corridor, they all came in like a pack of vultures, and i just kicked the pack leader square in the nads and walked off to the sound of his mates widdling themselves laughing that an 11 year olld had pwned a 16 year old.

Oh, and +rep for the tags mate ;)

I never got bullied in my life. I was always the biggest guy around but i was a gentle giant. i had some aggressivity issues at some point but for some reason it was only with my friends. I don't know why i was that way but they really were my friends and made me realize i was not being normal. I managed to control myself until i "got normal again". Sometimes i wish it was legal to kick some asses though...

After that no one ever made fun out of me but always made fun of him.

Oh yeh i heard that before :D but then i probebly would be fired for it... my work seems to like rolling over to bullys

I imagine you coming round the corner like in your avatar

The man just screams like a girl and craps himself

"Here you go sir... i added a few extra sausages to your meal to show theres no hard feelings"

Na im not that gross i would just not bring it to him

It happened like that once before a guy decided to be a complete nob to staff so i said "Tell you what you go on your break now" (30mins) and i'll take this out 30mins later it was still there waiting to go then i took it out to him :D (normally it has to be 7minutes max)
