    Sorry Doc, but thanks for the congrats mate, wasn't sure if I was going to catch ya before the big old 100,000,000 milestone though, only just! :) :thumb:

    I'm going to be slowing down for a bit after the 100 million mark anyway as I have for too much kit folding for me at the moment, hoping so sell off most of my multi-GPU rigs etc and then get an SR-2 rig or something :)

    That makes me feel good about my Q6600 @ 3.6GHz, PPD between 7.5k & 9.5k depending on the unit (P 670x vs 60xx). Mind you it needs 1.5v! murraynt what clock speed on the 2500k are you using?

    Edit: used my eyes to look at your sig. :duh:

    Well not quite 4.4. It's at 4.2 ATM. I feel the PPD is a bit low though. :sigh:

    I tihnk I got more than that even before I went bigadv with my 920 at 4.2 :/

    Does the 2500k have hyperthreading?
    Try setting it to smp -8 to make sure it's taking advantage of all the core if it does.

    A lot depends on the work unit, if you're crunching a 6701/2 then 11k is pretty respectable. My i5-760 @4ghz is currently doing a p6069 for 12.3K, and that's with 2 graphic cards slowing it down, with a p6701/2 it's considerably lower.
