Graphics Just Bought a EVGA gtx 580 for £359... Its Arrived...Pics Added!!!!!!

Hey guys

justwanted to tell you i bought an EVGA GTX 580 for £359 and scan have it at £455.50. I must admit i did buy it off ebay but the seller has 373 positive feedback and sells a lot of pc gear he has one more if anyone is interested ill let you know when it arrives if ihave been had or not fingers crossed

its brand new just read all of his feedbacks and he has sold a few 580's for around the same price and he has even sold a gigabyte version for £349 and the buyers have received the stuff

He is either operating on some razer thin profit margins, they are imports or something more sinister, lets hope its not the latter

The prices of all his stuff are damn low and has too higher rep to be a scam (i think) .

 

well i hope its not a scam otherwise bindi will have to fork out money for a new gtx 580 for me or everyone on here can gather up some money and buy me one

 

I thought you needed a valid receipt for the 10 year warranty and 'auction sites' were not legitimate retailers, so you wouldnt get the extended warranty.

Could be wrong though.

Look at the item values on his 100% feedback. I'd trust that guy with my newborn baby.

 

Good feedback but no returns and no warranty makes it too risky for me.

As soon as I get the card I'll let you guys know how its gone and if I have an expensive display piece

 

that's awesome price for a new 580, ebay or not. i'd expect second hand to go at that price at the moment.

 

eBay Buyer Protection covers you for 45 days. The option to state a no returns policy is actually a trap for sellers. It means bugger all from the buyer's perspective if you file a claim, basically ebay interprets it as "i just refund without wanting the item back"

 

It's more the warranty issue, DragunovHUN. EVGA offer a 10-year warranty if you register in the first 30 days of purchase and show an invoice.

 

well im going to give it a try as soon as i get it i mean the ebay invoice along with the paypal invoice should work as its not second hand. Whats the EVGA warrenty if you dont register for the 10 year? is it 1 year normal warrenty?
