I did wonder when I saw a post of yours a while ago. I played in the same clan as JJ (Jolo/Polo or w/e), I think DMG7 played in it too for a few months too... Anyway, nice to see a few old CSS people still around!
Hopefully the demo will be worth waiting for. That said hopefully the servers will be able to withstand the amount of people wanting to download it.
just so people know, there is no speed mode or strength mode on the new suit. But if you hold down space you do a super jump thing with out the need of been in any mode, and sprinting out of armor mode takes suit energy, where been in armor mode you run slower, with out so much energy usage. also there are very few weapons in MP and use's a perk and skill streak system like COD, but its still fun
I'll let you know in a bit, installing it atm. The download servers are obviously running, but all the ones to related to the accounts probably haven't been turned on, so that everyone can play the game at the same time (or not, which'll most likely be the case).
It uses GameSpy ID so you could always create an account at their site I suppose. Played a couple of rounds, looks amazing on Hardcore and FPS was as good as Warhead around 40-50 average. Gameplay a little slower than I expected, but that maybe because I've been playing Bulletstorm lately
I just logged right in, put my user name in, EA games password thing and I was done... Just rendering a quick movie of it now. It's quite fun and looks REALLY good, even at 'GAMER' settings. Tried higher, but it killed my FPS when I tried to record. I'll stick the video up in a few mins.
just signed up and verifed, doesn't seem to want to accept my nickname, I take it that would be the username I signed up with?
I literally just put 'mars-bar-man' in the username and then my password I use for the EA stuff and I was away, straight into the server browser.
