    Huh? I've never seen a thread too funny to close be closed. I have, however seen threads too unfunny to remain open close. Also, re the exodus in '09, did that not coincide with a certain unfunny thread?

    I quit browsing the forums shortly after I quit submitting news articles for the site. All of that was primarily because of my job and working 12-16 hours a day six days a week. I've only recently started posting again while being off work with a broken foot.

    Sadly, I missed the demotivational thread during that time.
