Hey all,

We need to get our kick arse team sorted for this year as the Chimps Challenge is little over a month away now!!

We need to decide whether we stick with our existing name - "CustomBitChimps" or decide on a new one soon as possible? (most of the other teams are keeping same name)

Lets go peeps, you know it makes sense!

 

I vote for a new name, while most teams keep theirs it would be nice to change ours. Make that our thing, new name, new start.

 

i think we should use a new name (even if u dont like my idea) as like javaman said new name new start and also new yr

i would like to include teensunite in there somewhere to raise awareness for the charity while we compete, my reasoning behind it is, some1 will go "oh that a weird name, whats that, im gonna google it" then find its a charity and hopefully donate--like i said i dont mind if my idea isnt liked or used but either way i think we should have a dif name

 

I thought we had discussed sticking with the existing team name already...

I'm glad you like it, it was really satisfying give it a such an overhaul.

 

Yea I only got to that page today after posting on this one lol. Tis a pity I was late to the party

 

I thought we were going to have a small piece about the Chimps Challenge in the magazine, along with the graphics card round up - seemed a good way of reaching more people.

 

Rules should be finalised and realised by the end of the week so we can get recruiting

Sorry the team name will have to be the same now as all the team names have been set in the rules.

Christopher - saspro is/was working on getting something for the mag for the challenge I believe

James - Really like the new CPC format but a shame the folding section has been moved to the back, just hope people still notice it

 

We missed cutoff for this issue, Uni was going to send me his article but I never got it.

Let's see if we can get something on this site as there appears to be more active users on here.

By the was sas, how home you aren't putting out any points at the moment? Farm reconfigure?

 

Should be able to use this assumin scan can get me a workibg P67 in time its already taken them two attempts...

 

Relocation of farm.

Current location started moaning about the volumes of power usage so I'm relocating it.

 

I am in for this Coola, I can bring a little bit to the table looking forward to the first chimps!!

Really sorry about this guys, I had a small draft written a couple of weeks ago but it would have needed some more work and I've been crazy busy with work lately and forgot all about it I'll dig it out, finish it off and send it to James this afternoon. Hopefully it'll be all right and he can give it a quick edit and post it tomorrow.
