Nice! Thanks for your compliments! :) :)

    I started with the LED,
    [IMG]

Here is the LED with the catch welded on, I protect it with tape and I put a small piece of termo sleeve.

Then for the reset button, I had the largest electric wire so I have cutting a large cable:

Here is the button once the cable attached:

A photo of the housing, I like them with the small descrition, I think its cool :D
    [IMG]

    The join:
Note that I sleeve all this ugly cables ... ;)

Now I did a test with 7 fans on the rheobus, and everything works perfectly. :)
But the fans does not turn at full speed, the loss is about 1 Volt.
But anyway this is not embarrassing because when you connect a fan to a Rheobus is to settle it ...

Then I build the support of the Rheobus,
    [IMG]

Here is the piece once completed, with four mounting brackets, it measures 65mm.

Finally, I drilled a hole of 10mm in the sheet to pass the neon cables.

So much for today, next update will consist of the door (side HDD fan). :)

Thanks to djzic, Fedmas and Waynio for their comments! :) :)

Now the update of the work done last Sunday.
It consists of the door of cable mamagement and the top grid. :)

To cut the grid in proper dimensions, I used paint tape ...
(It's the only way I found to mark the measurements.:D)

Here is the grid once the marking is complete:

Then, I cut, first with a hand shears, and the grinder to the top.
The forms were too complicated to have a nice result with a hand shears. :)

Then I marked the locations of folding, always with paint tape:

Here's the result when the folding done:

Then, once this small step completed, I've made the door of cable management.

To begin, I cutted the vent area of hard drives. A hole of 240mm x 120mm
    [IMG]

    The sheet after cutting:

Then I cut the grid to insert in the hole:

And I fold the back and make a test on the structure:

To the front door fixation, I just made three small square of 12mm x 12mm (size of square tubing)
which fits into the structure. While at the rear, I soldered rings (I realize it this weekend.)

    And Now the final result:)

I also made the front cover, It is on the picture below:

A photo of the interior, we can see the the management of the bottom ;)

And now, pictures of the grid on the structure:

    So much for today ;)
This afternoon I'll go get the door with the "fury" inscription in a local company.
I had ordered them cutting with laser the inscription "fury" (rear and door).
I thank them for their work. :)

So I'll post the pictures soon ... ;)

    Thanks for your comments!
    It's really nice... :) :)

Something promised, something due, here are the laser cut, that I was searched Wednesday:
    Firstly the door:

And now the plate of the back:
This is great, the laser cutting is really perfect. For information, fury inscription is about 8cm x 6cm
it'll have been impossible to achieve with a jigsaw.

And for those who have followed the project from the beginning, you will notice that I had already done this plate,
The company manager told me that the laser had no origin point. The laser cutting already inside and the turn then.
Then it squarely the plate. So if I gave my sheet already made, the inscription might be offbeat by about 5mm. :)
    :thumb:

And now a trial on the case:

So much for the laser cutting! :)
I'm too happy with the result, and the company did not ask too expensive
because I was providing the file. dxf so it's cool. ;)

The side panel looks very nice :) It could have been done by jigsaw, but not that nicely.

When I gave you the vote for the MOM I knew you would gave me satisfaction with this mod :D:D
The side panel is very nice, I like the way you designed the word "fury".

Probably I' ll take your rheobus' schema for future projects.

    Keep on modding

Yes, effectively with a jigsaw, it would not have been so nice...:)

Thanks for your vote at MOM!
If the schema can interest someone, It's cool! :)
I post it for that... :thumb:

The French know-how! Yeah... Thanks :dremel:
And some nice mods on Bittech are made by French too.
    :) :)

And now I will post the shematic of the automatic opening of the fins:
I have realized it at school. :)

:hehe: What do We think of it :D Well I for 1 wish I could be bothered to learn this very awesome area of modding but very very little of this makes any sense to me :D could pull some awesome ideas out of my head but to actually make it work without a massive lot of help I'd be absolutely lost, sounds a really really cool feature though & I really look forward to seeing it do it's thing fangame :D:thumb:.

The smile at the end says to me you are confident you'll get it done nicely :thumb:.

    HiHi.... :hehe: :thumb:

    Thanks...
    I think I'll finally fall for a MDPC-X sleeve kit! ;)
Waow the next MDPC, I dream of that!!!

A small update for today: the CPU access to the rear of the motherboard :)

First step, tracing and cutting the hole,
(I found a motherboard image that I printed for tracing the hole[P67 Fatal1ty Professional;)])

Here is the finished hole. I also drilled three additional holes to be compatible with E-ATX ... :D
    [IMG]

Now, a piece of sheet metal to make the flap:

    And here once in place:)

Now I have only found two beautiful small hinges, and it will not hurt! : D

And for fun two photo of the whole case ...

you've gotten a lot done since i last had a look. good work. laser cutting looks good. true on not getting that nice with just a jigsaw, but undercutting using fine blades and needle files to finish can get close. albeit with 1000% more work.
    keep it up.
