    Erm, probably not.

Id say you need a 54/56cm one of the top of me head. I'm 6'4 and use a 60cm

I would go to a bike shop and see if you can try a few that you have been looking at. I found when buying a bike some of the frames just didnt feel right for me when riding them.

Realised I have a little more money than I thought, and could potentially go to around £800, maybe even £900
Anything worth spending more on in that price range?

George, go an have a look in that bike shop on the way into town (I forget it's name, it's near SubWay). They have some very nice bikes in there, they stock Treks so probably have the one you were looking at.

    FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

My love has developed yet another very nasty sound. I'm expecting something to fail in a grand fashion pretty soon.

Maybe I really should just get a new, cheaper hobby.

Ah crap my arse hurts. I can feel me getting my stamina back though, just wish I could do it without my arse suffering.

Any good cycling forums out there by the way?

Trust me, I want to go, :D my mate asked me today if I wanted to go with him on Monday.

But as I've got a final year exam on thursday, I don't want to go off 'enjoying myself' and risk coming off and having problems with my exam.

Having spent more time looking at various bikes, (and having been reminded about some money I owe people) my budget has decreased, and I'm confused about singlespeed vs gears
For general use, which are more suitable? I don't care about coolness :p

So started looking lower in terms of cost
Stuff like the Giant Defy 4, Carrera Virtuoso. Both of which get decent reviews on bikeradar
Anyone had any experience wih carrera or giant bikes?
Or can anyone recommend a sub £400 bike?

Gears. Can tell you now that cycling up a hill will be faar easier than a single speed.
