PM me if you want me to buy it and gift it to you.

I'm really, really enjoying it so far.

Dixons Online Store Opening Offer Thingy

If you get there quick enough you can bag Alpha Protocol, Condemned:Criminal Origins, Medievil Total War II Gold Edition and The Club (not all great games i admit) completely free and i mean, free. Just gotta sign up for an account (no credit details, as simple as a forum).

EDIT: ITs Medievil Total War 2: Gold Edition

People have been having download issues, frankly I'd just get a retail copy.

The free games are good though, thanks for the heads up Throbbi!

Quite frankly I'm shocked that they attempt to verify your details with 192.com. I don't know what they think gives them the right to run all your personal details through a seperate website. I should bloody well hope my details aren't available through 192.com!

So be warned, if your details don't tally up with 192 you can only get the (significantly worse) sonic pack.

    Say's it can't verify me, but I don't want sonic! :(

"To download the pack you selected you must be 18 or older. Unfortunately it has not been possible to verify your age with our identity verification partner (currently 192.com). If you are 18 or older, please make sure that your user information on the "My account" page is correct."

EDIT: Canon let me use her mom to get the free games, so +rep for that

Thanks for the info on the Dixons games place, I could never justify paying for Alpha Protocol so getting it free from there saves me the trouble. :)

    +rep

    Edit:
Nothing about validating my info has cropped up, I guess there weren't any issues with my details.

Thanks for the heads up on the dixons thing. I got the 4 games for free. Since Mediaeval was 12Gb I thought I'd install a download manager. I tried Flashget but everytime I tried to download wit it I just get a web page dl'ed. Annoying.

Anyone know a good dl manager that does work with firefox and dixons?

Right, that's my business lost then. Might explain why they couldn't verify my details, either; through a 3rd-party, no less.
    **** that.

From what i can see you don't actually get the install files from the page, the only link is to their downloader app.
