Now lets move on with the work I did these days.
I installed some of the windows on the mod. Two more to be installed later on. Some of the holes will be uncovered or I might use mesh, still not sure about that.
Marked the holes for 2 mm drilling and 3mm threads.

I also cut some 1mm acrylic in small pieces to cover the threaded holes to cover them so they wont fill from the fiberglass I am going to add later on.

Next thing I did was some "guides" out of modeling paste in order to work my way with the fiberglass later.

Thats all for now guys! The creation of the main top part will take a long time as its very difficult to follow that free flow design. It requires a lot of sanding, filling with fiberglass and isopon and sanding again till I will manage to create a smooth surface. Also I will have to bend the top piece in a way that it will not interfere with the radiators and all the other components and then attach it on the main piece. The part in the corner that is missing it will be a half circle bended acrylic which I am going to add later.

Thanks for watching more to follow later! :)

Keen to see what happens next :) as usual I'm unsure where it's going but I'm sure it'll be amazing like all your mods, the range of unique mods is getting broader :D:clap:.

Wow, very very nice corsair package :jawdrop:.

I wonder that my self sometimes! The credits goes to Chris for giving me the idea. The rest...
    crazy mind I guess! ;)

I am unsure too bro lol but this time the concept is more "imaginable" as I am following a design by Zaha. The final outcome though will be way different as I see but it will be very nice imo. ;)

This project is looking amazing, congrats Ang3l :)

With the products you got from corsair it will be amazing. 100% modular psu's give you total freedom (given you do your cables from scratch like we do)

About the plexi corners, since it's a very thick piece, and i know that from experience, it's very hard to get a very good finish, especially on corners, unless they are cut very slow, but even then, the laser will probalby melt/cut more that it should, one other thing that can happen is that you end up with a trapezoid side walls, since the laser bean is not a line, but more of a triangle shaped beam.
I think those would have looked better done on cnc, but of course, like the rolling stones used to sing, we can't always get what we want :sigh: :p

Thanks guys always nice to hear from you!

I have some news for you! I went today and redid the pieces with cnc as you are totally right, the pieces were a total mess and today while I was trying to install those on the aluminum parts I had problems.

So no more laser for big pieces and I will post an update soon with the new ones. I as a perfectionist couldnt stay with those corners so I went and cut new ones!!!

Thanks again for your "full of knowledge and nice tips" comment guys!!! :)

I approve of whatever you choose to redo. Without mistakes there can be no personal growth.

Mod on. I am still watching.
