Hi to you all, after so many people seeing my last proj but saying nothing... this time i hope i get more comments, not just from my friends but someone else too....

    I came from this:

but my necessity to do something more sturdier and a place for another psu lead me to make other pc for lan parties and folding.

so the hardware stays the same with some adds...
    CPU: Intel C2Q Q6700 @ 4.0GHz (24/7)
    MB: Asus P5E X38
    Ram: 8GB DDR2 1066
    GPU: EVGA GTX470 + Gainward 9800GT "green"
    HDD: 4x 2tb WD Greens , 4x 160gb sata2 in raid for system , 1x 640gb WD green for downloads..
adds: pci ide/2sata controller , pcie sata6/usb3 , addon "onoffboard" supremefx xfi card.

i sketched something in 1h to get an idea.
    so....

    My first thoughts are:

    1. The rules say there has to be actual work done before a thread counts as a project log
    2. The design looks OK, but I just wonder how on earth are you going to access those hard drives?

Also liking the reservoir in the old build.

i think the project starts on paper but if you say so....
just the two sides come off for access to psu hdd and cabling....

Actually its in the forum rules:p

is the top window really going to be on the edge like that?

for the hdd's maybe you could make covers for each one and have them sliding into place, something like thermaltake's level 10.
i know its a lot of work but it would look great.

    ok sorry cchr...
I am studying about the materials, i dont know what i would do.
the acrylic is to be on the edge, depending on the material i would se if i use a little shim for support or if the sheet is to be only on top.
id like to use wood this time, id like pine but i have to see other options because of the weight....

    regards.
