Yeh, it looks like the coolant is carbonated... And the inlet to the feed splutters every so often, not a good sign...
Thanks everyone, I will pass this to him, actually gave the link of this thread, but he has just set it up a few days ago. And now I'm having problems with my brand new block, just came out from the package like this. It looks like a greyish residue, but I'm not sure. Good news, EK has asked me to send the block back to them and order a new one, and they will refund me including the shipping costs as soon as they receive this one. Considering the latest Nickel issues, should I go for a full copper instead a full nickel one ?
Or go for a different brand, look at reviews on Skinee Labs. I personally prefer the Swiftech XT blocks, and they've now released a rev2 version with added performance...
guess what scan have in stock Pete DDD http://www.scan.co.uk/products/xigm...mounted-usb-30esataaudio-hdd-docking-plusmore!!!
I know i couldn't believe it either! and I don't know I really want it now, but I think i'll wait till next month when i get paid, that way I can get all my watercooling bits all at once and just get it up and running, maybe bit tech will have a review out by then, but either way it doesn't bother me, its the best case for water cooling in my eyes, may not be the prettiest, but its bloody good for the money
No way really? :O is that for delivery on monday? you must take some pictures and show me when you get it it might make me so jealous that i just end up buying it this month anyway
they could, but thank god they haven't, also the window isn't particularly great in my opinion, means you'll struggle to show of any of your lovely shiny hardware with a window like that
peer? And ah yes yes they could indeed easily charge another £20, but they could even probably charge another £50 if they got the case completely perfect and I'd happily still pay it.
