Probably the best way to learn though - few weeks with that keyboard and you should have it down.

I agree the price is obscene as well, but it has suddenly given me the urge to paint my escape key red :D

I don't really have to look at my keys to type normally, (read; with three fingers max), but what about every time you need a semi colon, a hash key etc etc, that could get quite infuriating.

if by touch typing you mean being able to type without looking at your keyboard then I'm fine :thumb:

I never liked my G110. It's been pissing me off since I first plugged it in. There's no way I'll replace it any time soon, though. The damn Filcos just can't be found anywhere in Canada

Nice headphone setup, have you ever used a set of AKG K702 headphones? I was thinking in investing in some and a decent headphone amp a little bit further down the line.

    Anyway, mine:

I regret getting my G110. All sorts of things about it that I'm kicking myself over. Never had a keyboard with macro buttons on the side before, my brain thinks of Escape as the key in the upper left corner, not the key to the left of F1, because of that I keep hitting the macro keys on accident. The key presses are also pretty soft and unsatisfying for my tastes, and the faces of the keys seem somewhat small and spaced out with too much dead space between the faces. Also never had a keyboard with backlight before, turns out I don't really use it. Serves me right for not just getting another $20 office board.

A year later... I'm still not 100% used to that. Anyone who types for the first time on this keyboard is lost and needs to look at it before they start typing. It's also way too big for no reason and the backlighting sucks :-/

I got used to mine in a couple of days. As for back-lighting... I think it's great. It depends if you want subtle, or bright. I like the fact that it's quite dim, and only really comes into play in a dark room. Any brighter and it would be a distraction to me. I also like the fact that it's even, and there is no light leak from underneath the keys.

    I love my G110.

That is my main system: imac 26" with dell 20" vertical. The 17" is for my work laptop when I need it (HP Probook something) and I have an older macbook pro 15" that lives in the couch.

Lovah, rather jealous of that space!

Mine - box room, two 24" monitors, Coolermaster CM690 by the wall, two TP-Link WAP's velcro'd to the desk above it, Yamaha AV 5.1 amp under the desk, two Roth OLi 1's hung from the picture rail.

Well a good four hours of transferring parts from the Cosmos to the Lian Li PC-X500 and the rig is back on my desk and looking much more like it belongs next to the U2410.
Most of the time was trying to force those stupidly thick cables from the TX750 around limited space at the back... really need to swap that out for a modular PSU with flat cables.

    Anyway, some pics:

The new general layout of my desk now with the new case (so much more desk space compared to when I had the Cosmos there):

A pic of the case on my desk with the side panel off:

And finally, here's a closer picture of the case (ignore the cables running out through the watercooling grommets, that's just the fan controller that comes with the CPU cooler):

It's a little bit of a tight squeeze in there for cables (need to get some slightly longer SATA cables as well) and there isn't really any room to add any more HDDs but I guess I could always upgrade to a system drive and 3x 3TB if needed.
Overall I'm loving the new case, cable management seems to have gone pretty well too... I'm usually terrible at that.

I got it for £100 inc delivery off Azh_fx via the Bit-Tech marketplace.

That's a very bare looking shelf.
Very nice clean work area though, I wish my floor was that clean.

The room has just been decorated, and those shelves have just been put up. Trust me... they'll be populated in short order knowing Charmain.

I... Still have a windowed side panel for that case - Despite not having had the case for quite some years.
