    **** yes.

Now, Gearbox, if you don't mind:
    • Loot for multiple slots, not just weapons, shields etc (Diablo the feck out of it)
    • Actual boss fights
    • Drop Gamespy
    • Keyboard and Mouse UI

Excellent game, looking forward to the next one.

For those of you crying about FOV there was a mod out for that a week after the game was released, use that little search engine bar on the upper right of your browser (if you are still using IE you have other problems)

Great stuff. Thoroughly enjoyed Borderlands + the DLC with my Uni mate. It has quickly become one of my favourite games ever. Will be picking this sequel and playing for hours on end again.

Oh, I am looking forward to this!

I have yet to complete all the DLC for this still. I am about 2/3 of my way through my 2nd playthrough of the main story.

Accidentally went to a DLC area around level 42.... cyber ninja bitches kicked the living crap out of me and a mate. :D

I'm still on my first playthrough, bought the game during the Steam sale with all the DLC. Really fun!

Only complaint is that it's a bit easy if you're playing solo, but really tough with two people.. I solo'd the 'destroyer' boss in under a minute, the walk to this boss was harder than the actual fight.... So +1 on the 'please add real bosses' comment earlier.

I think the game needs more NPCs and character customization, and more non-combat skills maybe. Just to be more RPGish.

If it had better RPG elements, it could be like Deus Ex with guns that are actually satisfying to use. That would be a winner IMO.

    Fix the driving!

Also, some level of destructable environment would be lovely.

    Borderlands to fix list:

+ More than 15 different enemies
    + less of a F**K you ending
+ proper PC controls (mice have scroll wheels you know)
+ some random quests would be nice

IF they can manage that, it will be awesome, as while I do enjoy the first game, it has some quite serious flaws. Most notably the lack of variety in enemies

Can we have some REAL NPCs this time please. Claptrap was more human than those stupid characters, with their repetitive lines.

Still not sure I like the art style but I enjoyed it, appreciated the extensive DLCs too. The FOV issue is moot as you can just edit the config file, those who vomited didn't Google...

I found the SP pretty lonely though as I didn't have anyone for co-op, the NPCs didn't fill that void and it would be better as some kind of online thing, or at least with AI companions to accompany you...

There is already an FoV fix for borderlands and it came out less than two weeks after the release of the game.

    Try google next time.

3rd person that said this. A) I didn't realise it was the game making me feel crap for quite some time as it has only ever happened to me once before and B) the ini.config fix I tried didn't work.

Regardless you shouldn't have to piss around with this stuff. It should be in the menu, that's the point!

Yes, exactly. I've been using the Borderlands Config Editor v2.1.4 ever since it was released, and it doesn't always work perfectly. For example if you bind the FOV change to W (move forward) the screen will flicker every time you accelerate in the car.
