Hopefully the AT4 can two hit kill a tank and be guided by the user. The RPG/SMAW took like 4 shots to take out a tank

Just to add in a correction here, consoles will have 24 player servers rather than 32.

Ooh, I missed the Little birds. They were ace for a quick sneaky deployment in BF2.

Bear in mind its location specific damage on vehicles, so to make your shots worth it, you need to hit the same location ;)

That gameplay video was just amazing. I really can’t wait til the beta is out, so we can get a good idea of what kind of hardware we are going to need to get it running its best. That russian site did a few alpha benchmarks but I'm not sure how reliable they are.

if only i could be there, among the first line, and knowing exactly which person i just killed, able to look up and throw taunts across the room.

    that whole layout is immense!

"A day after we gladly reported that console gamers would be getting this great PC feature called “server browser”, we can now report that PC gamers won’t have an in-game server browser. DICE’s Alan Kertz has confirmed that in order to switch servers, you have to exit Battlefield 3, and use Battlelog to find another server and join.

Granted, Kertz points out that BF3 “starts up really fast”, but we can’t imagine it being more effective than having an in-game server browser, which has been the norm in PC games for decades..."

Just read this on the Battlefield 3 blog, doesn't sound like a particularly good idea, I hope it may just be a case of Alt-tab out then choose a server but even so not having it within the game itself seems a bit daft unless they have a particularly good reason for it?
