Thanks. Thank you. Thank you. I'd be lying if I said I knew what any of that^^ meant. Hi and welcome to bit-tech. Thanks, I'm glad you like CX1. Arrakis should have been started a couple of months ago but illness screwed up my plans. You'll just have to wait for the project log to start before any details are available. Although I knew about 'Dune', the name was chosen because I liked the sound of it and because it means 'dancer'. It will be a very small PC just to run our big TV. err thanks.
I've just read the log through from start to present and what more can I say... The quality of workmanship you put into every piece is just amazing and yet still you continually raise the bar further each and every time Attila...
Nah I took the photo from a yacht where i'm working at the moment. When i see Attila's work i wish i was an aluminium welder
Just wanna drop by and say how much I love your work. I especially like how you use those countersunk screws. I find them kind of hard to use since the sligtest missalignment will make them pull the pieces apart. Any speciall tricks other then inserting them all before thightening or are you just carefull when meassuring?
Simply stunning work, Attila. I'm sure you've heard it all before but your skills are just amazing. Just out of curiosity, where bouts in Melbourne did you get your alu from? I've been shopping around for some suppliers recently and wondered if you had any helpful sources. Keep up the awesome work mate. Hanging out for the next update.
My new T-shirt slogan, "Need To Recharge Your Creativity? Read a Project Log by Attila" Awesome work as usual by Attila
The acroymn case takes the trophy for biggest block of Alum IMO! As usual waiting for an update. You make me want to do my whole case is carbon fiber just to compete on your level, i guess.
