Really nice outcome bro, I am glad to see you improving your skills and working towards perfection. I would like to see you working on a new mod where you are going to take your time and work on the details more and more as I believe you are going to come up with something really nice again!!! Now give emphasis to school and reading and we will be here waiting!! :)

Congrats on finishing it! I would have loved to see the cables sleeved, but I do realise that was not in the scope for this build - nice one! :thumb:

    Bugger off :D
    Cheers mate.
Thanks Alex, as expected, we have understood the drawbacks and faults with such a mod. If I do start something else, it'll sure try and match your expectation!

Price and time were an issue there. Plus, I decided not to make the roof clear- thanks anyway :thumb:

Nice one Kid, as a lot of people are saying the fans look wicked mate. It's an odd looking build this is, but that just adds to it's appeal , it's got a very purposeful industrial look to it. Sort of like it would have one of your finger off if you get to close. As a 1st go at a scratch build it's come out looking really good. well done dude. Looking forward to the next one.

If there is a next one, I suppose...
Cheers Jeff, I thought it was supposed to look sleek! But hey, a lack on fan guards does mean it can chop off one's fingers.

    Thread Bump:
I'd like to thank you all so much for posting your comments here. It's been a pleasure to know what you enjoy about the project and what you thought needed improving upon. It gives me great joy to be sitting here with the case next to me. But anyway, this sums up the family aspect of the project:

I just want to stay on the first page for a little longer. I'm really looking forward to MOTM as a lot of great projects came in just as this finished. We'll see.

:D Sure mate, your first scratch build so I understand :). When I did my first it barely got commented on & that must have driven me to keep at it :thumb:.

:D Yeah it does a bit but if your still interested in modding over time you'll come back with something that makes people go wow :jawdrop: for your first this really is nice & more ambitious than my first 2 :) which I've only shown the odd photo of here :D.

I totally agree with this. What you've got to realize is that you done 7 pages and over 15,000 views. It also went together pretty quickly which doesn't really give the Bit_tech boys much time to sort it all out and put it in.

If you look around the forums some blooody excellent builds miss out purely for this reason. There's no point getting down about it, just look at it as part of a learning curve, which should spur you on to bigger and better things. Your still very young and have a long time to build up your skills and bang out even better projects.

It's been a wonderful, what is it? 2 and a half year learning curve? It's not something I could have enjoyed more- thanks Jeff.
