Free next day delivery for bit-tech members

I bought some stuff for about £40 and I chose RM 1st Class Recorded, as it was the cheapest one. After short pm to Yorkie the item has been sent by a next day delivery and 2 days later I've received full postage costs refund.
So for someone who can't/doesn't want to wait any longer it might be a solution - not the most elegant, but it works.

not working for me. done all the steps but it still wants to charge me £5.99 for next day on a purchase over £100

 

I have emailed the team again to look into it, again if you place the order with nextday and pay, pm me your order number and we will refund the shipping

 

At the moment it doesn't unfortunately, we are looking into whether we can offer it for free or whether we can discount it.


So stick with us I am just waiting for the response.

throw an email to custservice@cclonline, with your Order Number, your bit tech ID and a link to this thread they will be able to sort it.

 

I'm trying to sign up for free delivery but I get to a CCL page which says "This is a 404 error. The page you are looking for cannot be found." What am I doing wrong?

I have just ordered a processor and keyboard for a mod i am doing but it didnt register the free next day delievery.. i tried every form of next day delivery and it still cost me £5.99 can i get a refund of that money? I will give u the order number if needed!

Logged in to CCL to order some stuff and the free delivery isn't showing for me. I've updated my email address to match the one I use for Bit-Tech but it's still not showing. Any suggestions? I'm happy to order it with the payment if I'm able to get it back?

Just joined here, that is a great offer, much obliged as I buy a lot of stuff on-line, and the p&p can always be a decider on where to buy

 

Which option should I select at checkout - none seem to give me free delivery despite having my account linked and it saying I should get it on my basket the total doesn't change. If it's the citylink option I can make the order and send a PM with the number to get it refunded as the posts above me have done but I want to make sure I haven't missed anything obvious!

 

I would choose whatever says it will all be delivered on Tuesday, if its available, then PM me your order number and I will get the costs refunded via our accounts department.
