nice ones confusis ... if you are interested in modeling cars, I'd suggest you this site :

    http://www.the-blueprints.com/blueprints/

It has thousands of blueprints of cars, trucks, planes, etc. This is my bible when I'm searching for template to model something :thumb:. Example :

the actual first design is quite utopic ! Yours is doable and affordable. Add a standalone mode to use it as a sketch tablet and it is a winner to me :thumb:

Playing around with indigo physical renderer. It's pretty powerful, and given I have to spend less time tweaking materials than I would in cinema's own render engine, the longer rendertime pays off.

Wow, nice render Tangster. The DOF looks really good to my eye at least and the liquid effect / refraction looks spot on realistic.

add another vote Robo and that little bot gif is killer :D ... @Tangster "Less time tweaking materials" than C4D? really ? R13 ? But the render time is longer. Still, I think I'll have to take a test drive :) btw... nice reflections there as well! :thumb:

I voted as well, best of luck to you.

Regarding your animation, I liked the 2nd one the most, I had to watch it a few times since you did the cool effect of that freeze-spin-resume.

Nice ones Robo :thumb:. Maybe you should add some weight to your bricks. They look quite light-weighted. I'd bought a very good book about hand animation that came very handy with 3D animation. It's been writen by the guy behind "Who framed roger rabbit". I'll try to find the english name.

lighting in that last pict Robo reminds me of some stuff done in After Effects. Logo looks like it could be the end of a branding iron ramming through.. What App is it , 3dMax?
