Any idea how to remove ESN Sonar plugin from Firefox after uninstalling Battlefiled 3 and Batlelog plugins?

Agreed. The system rewards players who are very good at flying by making them better, and for people who are ok or learning to fly they just get destroyed. Not a great plan by Dice.

I think I prefer BC2's system, regardless of vehicle, you get vehicle exp which goes towards the unlocks for all vehicles. Especially when some of the unlocks are the same thing, e.g. IR smoke. I have it on the Tank, but not on anything else.

How bloody long does it take to shoot down a jet.

I was trailing one for ages, and got some pretty good hits for a decent amount of time, then he started trailing smoke and fire, but somehow, I then had to ditch as something must have been shooting at me.

Might have to get the joystick out tomorrow and see if that helps.

 

Filter the server list to 5 free slots or more and turn off PunkBuster; that's what's worked for me.

 

It's health probably regenerated. Yes. Regen health on vehicles

btw the map runs great at ultra settings on my rig. I'm very pleased

The bullet drop on sv 98 over 300 metres is ridiculous. that thing shouldn't have such a steep drop off at such a range.

The fact that i can't dial in the range with the sights also feels like a step back after playing RO2.

 

Well that's me done for the Beta. Was pretty much playing in Jets the whole weekend on Caspian Border and managed to unlock all items except the last one (ECM Jammer I think). Really happy with my skill in the air now so roll on Oct 28th

 

Was having doubts playing the beta all week. Didn't think metro felt like bf, v confined and the graphics tho improved weren't mind bending...

Then came caspian border!! Holy **** it's awesome!! Graphics are amazing and gameplay is top notch... Miles and miles of eyecandy. It's phenomenal clambering around rocks and taking out enemies. Defending/ taking a flag with ur squad has me smiling ear to ear

 

I was playing this afternoon with a friend of mine watching in the room. He has a 360 and was just completely blown away by it First it was the sound in Metro, with rockets and bullets whizzing past, and then the sheer scale and detail of Caspian. He is now considering getting a PC ^^

 

Played CB all day today, with a short blast on Metro. Game plays great, though I would say, its even taxing on the GTX 570. I was getting between 40 and 60fps with everything on high and 2x AA. Also had a few weird bugs, one of which was my whole screen flashing light blue for a second. Not sure if that means my GPU is OC'd too far and its not liking it, or, more likely, just the Beta.

In any case, as others have said, roll on the 28th, its going to be great!
