In the near future I intend to buy a GTX560ti card for my current build.
Although I am not sure which is best bang for buck.
It will be powering a 22" 1080p monitor and a 19" 1280x1024 one too, but I'll only be gaming on the 1080p one.
Also the other side Xmas I plan to buy a second one to go with an i5 build I'll be doing and running them in SLI. Still one gaming monitor.

I was initially planning on getting the MSI Hawk, but they seem to be quite rare that when they come up for sale they are gone again quite fast, and I am sure I could push a twin frozr II OC to Hawk levels of performance with a bit of tweaking. So I can't see the extra £30 being worth it, if I was gonna spend £30 more I'd go for the 2GB MSI version.
But what about directCU II and TOP cards what are their advantages?

Not that I have anything against ASUS, I loves my 4850, but why should ASUS get the extra £2 over MSI? Does the DirectCU II perform better then the Twin Frozr?
Are the cards notably different in performance? Heaven forbid it dies who is better for RMA and CS?

The ASUS is cheaper and performs faster than the MSI. Currently under £180 from dabs.com with a code for the new batman game!

Scan has the MSI at £2 cheaper then the Asus, and it's on today only for £172

If you want more choice then Friday tends to be the day SCAN have a selection of Nvidia cards discounted.

Im running the 560ti TwinFrozrII. Cant fault it, runs every game I own at max settings (Shogun 2, Metro 2033, EVE Online) and not a hint of slowdown. If you can find it cheap online I highly recommend it. Looks nice too.

Another vote for a Twin Frozr - not that I know the Asus isn't as good, but I was mightily impressed with the Twin.

I haven't heard a whisper from it since installing it in my machine, which is the important part to me. :)

Novatech have the 560 Ti Twin Frozr II/OC for £184 (with Batman), cheaper than Scan if you take into account delivery.

I'd go for the Twin Frozr as well; I did and I've been more than impressed.

Twin Frozr all the way, runs everything I've chucked at it with no bother and quiet also.

The MSI seems to be quite popular. I think I'll go for the Twin Frozr II/OC. I am sure when I get the second card with the new computer after Christmas it'll be truely beasty
