You should make the comp do the same as the screen, so it hides when not used then comes out when needed

I might actully have that in mind when I buy a new car in about a year! Since I'm probably going to upgrade the pc by then, I'm gonna rebuild the case for that. So I might as well take a look at that idea!

 

At first I thought my computer was too slow and then I tested it on my main. And it's as slow as the one in the car. Maybe the problem is my large music collection. It's about 130 albums. And frankly I'm not going to spend 70$ on the newest version because reading the comments it doesn't look any better then the current one.. But I'm glad to hear it's running smooth there

 

what make/model is that screen? im toying around with the idea of a carPC for my taurus, but im stumped on what screen to buy. id love to find a 7" or so touch screen that mounts directly into a double-din mount but so far the only option seems to be modifying your own. the solution you have would be the next best thing....

 

I've got a touchscreen that fits directly in to a double din.. I bought it at mo-co-so

Just got home from the BEEP 2011 showcase in Copenhagen.

The CarPC got #1 in the modding competition, so I'm apparently Danish Casemodding Champion now!

The WII actually got a special prize from TV2 Zulu GameBusters tv show. So it's been a great night! My first venue ever, and I bring home 2 prizes for 2 mods!







On the left you see the Big Black Beast. A masterpiece itself! No doubt it should have won the GameBusters prize, so I gave him the prize I won and the title!

 

Damn well done fella, and kudos on your generosity to the other modder!
