Played an hour or so of the singleplayer. So far it's rubbish. It feels like endlessly respawning enemies although it isn't quite. I also hate all the new reticules, they feel too smudged.
Anybody else having a problem getting onto Multi-Player tonight? Every time I launch the game I get a Steam Pop Up telling me " This game is currently unavailable. Please try again at another time." Its been doing this for the past 3 hours.
Are any of you bothering to presitge? I'm just about to hit level 80 and am wondering if there is actually any reason to? I know you get the token to either get like 2 hours double XP or unlock yourself a gun... but at the end of the day all you get is new titles and emblems....? Just an e-peen thing? I was watching a live stream of some Chinese guy that was already prestiged 8 times, legit. He was necking back some red bull mind!

I haven't bought MW3 but whats the big deal with adjusting your stats? Your stats look better and I presume you unlock all the weapons?

Agreed. I've played for around 8 hours now (level 38) and am getting really fed up with the maps. The best sniping can get is putting an ACOG onto a rifle. Oh how I long for CoD4 maps...
The maps are the worst ever in a cod game. Loads of hard corners, no long lines of sight, no headglitching spots. Its stupid because its making everyone play super defensive because they feel they cant move safely in the game with the maps being so choke-pointy. The only way you can really play this game is with a headset and with sitrep pro. I can now hear everyones footsteps again, unless they're using dead silence. MW2 maps were amazing btw, think Afghan, Terminal, Sub Base, Wasteland - really nice variety and good colour palette.
I have had it with Snipers in this. It seems that every server there is a r-tard quick-sniping all over the place. And agreed on the maps, I like Seatown as it has a few multilayered bits, but that's about it. Why can't they make CoD games have all the old maps with the news ones as additions? I mean realistically this is a glorified map pack, so it would make sense.
