I'm liking that custom shroud chamber for the CPU cooler, It will be interesting to see what temps it yields :thumb:

After a very unexpected delay, life over play-time, I am back to finish my build.

So I need to make the 8 pin cable. Starting with new wires crimped then sleeve them into the connector and on goes the first epoxy layer.

build it up to desired shape.

stretch the sleeve and repeat on the other connector.

then file to shape and add more epoxy where needed.

    then they get painted.

Have a couple more to make, but I will be back. :)

Yes checked twice with multi-meter before. :)

Thanks, thought I would try it out, I am pleased with the results. A lot of time to make, but that is the only way sometimes to get what you want. :)

I meant to pop over to your log as soon as you shown me the excellent looking spotlights picture a few months ago, then meant to again the other day when I noticed the link in your sig, but now finally got over here to comment & subscribe :D.

Awesome looking project made with great skills, cool method for making angled power connectors too :).

    5 star +rep + looking forward to more :).

Everything looks great so far...-'cept for the first pic in your last update. I could have lived without that one. It looks too much like you sneezed.

Thank you Wayne. I am glad to have you here.
Started on the 24 pin, which turned out well and has taken over the rest that needed a change in direction.

Thanks for the star & rep, and more is now.

    Thanks bulldog. :D

:) maybe where we start is not always pretty. Thanks cheaps. :)

More is here now. :D Glad your are enjoying.

Thank you my friend, glad to see you here.

    Thank you very much. :D

    Update :D

Front I/O cables have a problem reaching motherboard, because of so little space between tray and PSU.

So made a couple of holes so the cables will be above the PSU. Made 90˚ cable plugs, to give a neat and tidy look.

Now need to finish the other side to connector.

I will be back soon with them finished. :D

Thanks bro finally have them done.:)

Thank you happy to inspire. :) I should have made a mold it would have been quicker. :hehe:

Thanks man, glad you like. Share the experience. :)

Well have them done. After making a mistake in the hole placement. Was a bit to high, so filed downward then needed to file the USB elbow. The cables were stacked and I needed them side by side, then remade elbow.

So here they are connected up. :)

The 8 pin connected. :) Man the camera shows every little thing :wallbash: no it's not a real good mirror finish, just a shiny one. :hehe:

Mounted up the SSD only using 1 right now so the other holes are plugged.

Well I have a few things left to do, so back soon. :)
