Can't find a higher quality version, but been going back to BSE. I used to listen to these guys almost exclusively 5 years ago... forgot how good they were. This song really starts around 1:30.

Oh my poor HD485s. No wonder the left driver is sounding a little strange now.

I don't get mainstream dubstep. So much of the work is just plain derivative and it's a shame, because the stuff that dares to stray away from the narrow world of insane amount of bitcrunching tends to be fantastic.

I mean, take this for example:

No bitcrunching, no ridiculous amount of emphasis on a bass drop, and possibly the single best dubstep song I've ever heard. So much good can come from messing with the formula just a little!

I've tried to get into dubstep, listened to hours of it, and honestly other than the occasional gem it's just boring tbh.

    Anyway, today's D'n'B is:

    EDIT: BONUS TRACK:

OK, fair point. I'll reduce my dubsteppyness. Thanks for the link to Colours of Distance. :thumb:

Personally, I'm a Metal-head most of the time, Is the bass drop is kinda similar to a mosh in that dynamic for certain bits. Heck, Ephixa has a Metal Edit of Bar9's Piano Tune which I find is always a good thing to throw my (admittedly not yet metal length) hair to. Still throwable though. :D

Speaking of DnB, I'm liking Muzzy:
